I don’t want all four sessions. Can I pick and choose which ones to purchase?

“Knowledge – back to basics” only includes one session. If you are purchasing “Competency – applying your knowledge”, all four sessions are included in the price; there is no option to split them up. If you are inviting Lisa to teach your team with “Expert guidance – the full package”, we can discuss your requirements and create a bespoke quote to best suit your needs.

How long can I access “Knowledge – back to basics”?

You will have 30-day access to this session using a unique login.

How many participants can take part in “Competency – applying your knowledge”?

A maximum of 10 participants can receive feedback on workshop activities and a certificate upon completion. Although we recommend a maximum of 10 participants actively take part, you may wish to share the content with your wider team for informational purposes only.

How long is each session?

“Knowledge – back to basics” will take approximately 40 minutes to complete. For “Competency – applying your knowledge”, we recommend allowing approximately 2 hours per session. If you are inviting Lisa to teach your team with “Expert guidance – the full package”, we can discuss the best timings for you and your team.

What software will I need ?

For “Knowledge – back to basics” you just need an internet connection as the video is hosted on our website. For “Competency – applying your knowledge” you will need a video player and PDF viewer.

This stuff is really useful! Can I repurpose or reuse the content for other presentations/meetings?

Our content was created with the view that it would be engaged with as a full training piece. Therefore, we request that you do not re-use portions for other uses. We retain full copyright of all content and it should not be adapted by an external party for any other use, this includes translation.

Is your content available in other languages?

Currently our content is only available in English. Should you require a translation, please contact us for a quote (email support@mededprep.org).

Is there a formal certificate associated with this training?

Although the training we offer follows a structured programme of instruction, it is not a formal qualification or award. However, we provide a certificate to participants who complete “Competency – applying your knowledge” and “Expert guidance – the full package”.

Refund policy
